Job summary

SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE USA LLC in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Head of MOE Subjects to lead Arabic, Islamic Education, UAE Social Studies and Moral Education. You will oversee curriculum leadership, instructional quality, teacher development and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on aligning with MOE/KHDA standards, mentoring teachers and ensuring high academic outcomes while promoting UAE heritage and core values within the school culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or middle-management experience in UAE schools.
• Experience within UAE schools following MOE/KHDA requirements.
• Valid professional teaching license approved by the relevant UAE authority.
• Strong understanding of curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional leadership.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE educational regulations and inspection frameworks.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MOE subjects in line with UAE MOE and KHDA standards.
• Review curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and assessment outcomes.
• Analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies.
• Mentor and coach teachers and support their CPD.
• Promote UAE heritage, national identity and core values in learning.
• Coordinate preparation for KHDA and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain curriculum documentation, records and evidence of compliance.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, students and parents to support objectives.
