Job summary

Daman Markets is hiring a Compliance Officer & MLRO to own the regulatory and AML/CFT framework for the licensed entity. The role covers FSA and FIU reporting, onboarding, monitoring and surveillance, operating under Seychelles law with responsibility for officer decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, including regulated brokerage or payments firm.
• Willingness to relocate for role across locations.
• Working knowledge of the AML/CFT Act 2020 and FSA guidance.
• Hands-on experience drafting SARs/STRs and filing via goAML.

Responsibilities

• Own the licensed entity's regulatory and AML/CFT framework, including FSA and FIU reporting.
• Lead onboarding, monitoring, and surveillance activities and advise Board on regulatory implications.
• Oversee qualification of relationships, EDD outcomes and sanctions screening.
• Manage governance, risk registers and liaise with auditors and secretaries.
