Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Compliance Lead in Abu Dhabi to establish and monitor regulatory compliance programs. The role reports to the Regional Compliance Officer – Middle East and requires governance over licensing, reporting, and policy adherence across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in financial services, UAE regulatory knowledge, and professional AML/Compliance qualifications. The position offers a permanent, on-site role with strong exposure to cross-jurisdictional

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of financial services experience, preferably in a fund administration or asset management setting.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and international AML laws.
• Professional AML, CDD, Compliance, Risk qualifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set, establish and monitor adherence to processes, policies and procedures to meet compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee licensing requirements and regulatory obligations while ensuring compliance activities align with ADGM/FSRA/SCA rules.
• Review compliance and internal control operations for adherence to Apex Group Policies and Procedures.
