A DFSA-regulated asset management firm is looking for a Compliance Officer & MLRO to lead their compliance framework and AML/CFT obligations. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in similar regulated environments, particularly in asset and investment management. Strong knowledge of DFSA regulations and prior experience as a CO or MLRO is highly desirable. This mid-senior level role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, suited for a proactive compliance professional confident in a mid-sized investment environment.

Competenze

• 4–8 years of compliance experience in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of DFSA rulebooks and DIFC regulatory processes.
• Prior experience as CO/MLRO or Deputy CO/MLRO is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Maintain the compliance framework according to DFSA rules.
• Act as the firm's appointed MLRO for AML/CFT obligations.
• Develop and execute the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
