Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a Minibar Attendant to stock and maintain minibars in guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and presentation to guests. You will monitor expiry dates, coordinate with other hotel teams, and uphold hygiene and safety standards while delivering discreet, courteous service.

The role requires attention to detail, basic English, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check and replenish minibars in assigned guest rooms according to par levels and standards.
• Record minibar consumption accurately and ensure charges are posted or communicated.
• Check expiry dates, product quality, packaging, and presentation of minibar items.
• Maintain proper stock levels and assist with minibar inventory and stock control.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams when required.
• Follow FIFO procedures to minimize wastage.
• Ensure minibar areas are clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Follow all hotel safety and brand standards; respect guest privacy and Do Not Disturb signs.
