Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a Mindfulness Instructor to deliver evidence-based mindfulness programmes for children, adolescents, parents, and educators in Dubai. You will develop present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management through structured practice, both online and in-person.

The role offers flexible freelance scheduling with 65% commission on coaching sessions and monthly payments.

Qualifications

• Recognised mindfulness teacher training qualification (minimum 200 hours, with supervised teaching practice).
• Minimum 2 years personal mindfulness practice.
• Minimum 1 year teaching mindfulness to groups or individuals.
• Training in a validated mindfulness programme (e.g. MBSR, MiSP, .b, Paws b).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group mindfulness sessions for children, teens, and adults.
• Teach mindfulness practices including body scan, breath awareness, and mindful movement.
• Adapt mindfulness programmes for different ages and needs (including SEN).
• Support schools and families in embedding mindfulness into daily routines.
• Facilitate 8-week MBSR or MiSP type programmes.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and coaches on integrated wellbeing support.
• Maintain a safe, non-judgmental mindfulness learning environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Mindfulness Instructor to deliver evidence-based mindfulness programmes for children, adolescents, parents, and educators across Dubai. You will help clients develop present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management through structured mindfulness practice.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and group mindfulness sessions for children, teens, and adults

Teach mindfulness practices including body scan, breath awareness, and mindful movement

Adapt mindfulness programmes for different ages and needs (including SEN)

Support schools and families in embedding mindfulness into daily routines

Facilitate 8-week MBSR or MiSP (Mindfulness in Schools) type programmes

Collaborate with educators, therapists, and coaches on integrated wellbeing support

Maintain a safe, non-judgmental mindfulness learning environment

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Green Visa

Freelance Permit

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation
