Job summary

Simone's Tutoring in Dubai is seeking a qualified Children's Yoga Instructor to deliver engaging, age-appropriate yoga sessions for children from early years through adolescence, across Dubai. You will use movement, breathing, and mindfulness to support children's physical wellbeing, focus, and emotional regulation.

This freelance/contract role involves planning and delivering creative sessions, adapting to developmental stages, and working with children with SEN, ASD, or ADHD.

Qualifications

• Recognised Children's Yoga Teacher Training (minimum 200 hours RYT + children's specialisation).
• Valid DBS/police clearance check.
• Minimum 2 years teaching yoga to children.
• Safeguarding and child protection training.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, child-friendly yoga sessions for various age groups

Adapt yoga practices to suit children's developmental stages and needs

Incorporate breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness into sessions

Support children with sensory regulation, focus, and anxiety through yoga

Work with children with SEN, ASD, or ADHD using adapted yoga approaches

Engage parents and caregivers in supporting yoga practice at home

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and joyful yoga environment

Minimum Qualifications

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Own UAE Employment Visa

Green Visa

Freelance Permit

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation

Required Experience

2+ years children's yoga teaching experience

Experience in home, school, or studio settings
