Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking an experienced Meditation Teacher to guide children, teens, parents, and professionals through personalised meditation practices that support mental clarity, stress reduction, and emotional wellbeing. This freelance role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build a meaningful private practice in Dubai.

You will deliver 1:1 and group sessions, adapt techniques across ages, provide recordings and resources, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Recognised meditation teacher training qualification (minimum 200 hours).
• Minimum 2 years personal meditation practice.
• Minimum 1 year teaching meditation to clients.
• Training in multiple meditation traditions or evidence-based formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 and group meditation sessions
• Teach a range of meditation techniques: breath-based, visualisation, loving-kindness, mantra, and body scan
• Adapt meditation practices for children, adolescents, and adults
• Support clients in establishing and maintaining a daily meditation practice
• Provide guided meditation recordings and take-home resources
• Help clients manage exam stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties through meditation
• Collaborate with wellness coaches, yoga therapists, and mindfulness instructors

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 and group meditation sessions
• Teach a range of meditation techniques: breath-based, visualisation, loving-kindness, mantra, and body scan
• Adapt meditation practices for children, adolescents, and adults
• Support clients in establishing and maintaining a daily meditation practice
• Provide guided meditation recordings and take-home resources
• Help clients manage exam stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties through meditation
• Collaborate with wellness coaches, yoga therapists, and mindfulness instructors

Minimum Qualifications

• Recognised meditation teacher training qualification (minimum 200 hours)
• Minimum 2 years personal meditation practice
• Minimum 1 year teaching meditation to clients
• Training in multiple meditation traditions or evidence-based formats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching children's or teen meditation
• Background in yoga, mindfulness, or contemplative practice
• Training in trauma-sensitive meditation

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

UAE Visa & Work Eligibility

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

• Own UAE Employment Visa
• Green Visa
• Freelance Permit
• Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility
• Any other valid UAE work authorisation

Required Experience

• 1–2 years meditation teaching experience
• Children or teen meditation teaching preferred
