Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a qualified Breathwork Coach to deliver transformative sessions for individuals, families, and groups across Dubai, using evidence-based and somatic techniques. This freelance role focuses on stress and anxiety relief, energy management, and performance enhancement.

You will conduct intake assessments, design personalised programmes, and deliver 1:1 and group sessions, teaching coherence and functional breathing while ensuring safety and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Recognised breathwork facilitator training (minimum 200 hours or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year breathwork coaching or facilitation experience
• Knowledge of physiological and psychological effects of breathwork
• Commitment to safe, ethical breathwork practice

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Breathwork Coach to deliver transformative breathwork sessions for individuals, families, and groups across Dubai. You will use evidence-based and somatic breathwork techniques to support clients with stress, anxiety, emotional processing, energy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client intake assessments and design personalised breathwork programmes

Deliver 1:1 and group breathwork sessions using various techniques

Teach functional breathing, coherence breathing, and somatic breathwork practices

Support clients with anxiety, stress, sleep issues, and emotional regulation

Adapt breathwork safely for children, adolescents, and adults

Provide take-home breathing practices and resources

Maintain professional contraindication screening and client safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications

Recognised breathwork facilitator training (minimum 200 hours or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year breathwork coaching or facilitation experience

Knowledge of physiological and psychological effects of breathwork

Commitment to safe, ethical breathwork practice

Preferred Qualifications

Training in Oxygen Advantage, Buteyko, or Holotropic Breathwork

Experience working with children or trauma-sensitive populations

Background in yoga, somatic therapy, or sports science

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching and holistic wellbeing practice is not regulated by a single authority in the UAE; however, practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications and relevant certifications from reputable bodies. For any clinical or quasi-clinical services, a DHA, DOH, or MOHAP licence may be required. All practitioners must comply with applicable UAE regulations and operate strictly within their professional scope of practice.

Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the UAE through one of the following:

Freelance Permit

Dependent Visa with legal work eligibility

Any other valid UAE work authorisation
