Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UAE is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team on newly awarded UAE projects across hospitality, residential, buildings and infrastructure. You will work in post-contract commercial management, including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, variations and contractor claims.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, a minimum of 2 years post-degree experience, and knowledge of CostX or similar QS software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 2 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings or infrastructure sectors.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency with CostX or similar QS software.

Responsibilities

• Post-Contract commercial administration including re-measurement and interim/final accounts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and handle variations and contractor claims.
• Manage provisional sums, prime costs, and nominated sub-contractors.
• Oversee insurances and bonds management and attend design and commercial meetings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual compliance and financial control.
