Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a seasoned Mobile Banking Engineering Lead to steer a cross-functional squad of mobile developers, backend engineers, QA, DevOps and business analysts in Dubai.

You will own end-to-end delivery, drive architecture and regulatory alignment, mentor React Native, Android and iOS teams, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and API teams to ship secure, scalable digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 3–5 years in a technical lead role.
• Proven delivery of Mobile Banking / Digital Banking solutions.
• Experience leading squads in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of mobile security and banking regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dedicated mobile banking squad.
• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile banking initiatives.
• Drive design reviews, sprint and release planning.
• Provide technical leadership to React Native, Android, and iOS teams.
• Ensure SDLC, DevSecOps, security, performance practices.
• Oversee integration with APIs, microservices, and core banking systems.
• Support releases, incidents, and executive reporting.
