Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Associate (Junior Level) to support and grow in a global ERP environment. Initial location is Chennai during probation, with final relocation to Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE after probation.

The role requires 2-5 years of BC experience, MB-800 certification, and strong stakeholder communication. Prior exposure to multiple ERP projects and basic Power Platform knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining an existing Business Central ERP environment.
• Exposure to at least 2-3 ERP implementation projects.
• Functional knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse Management.
• Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, testing, user training and go-live support.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide day-to-day user support.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MB-800 Certification - Required.
• Experience in Trading, Distribution, Manufacturing, Polymers/Chemicals, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar product-based industry is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV migration is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
