Job summary

Classic metallic sheets factory LLC in the United Arab Emirates requires a proactive materials planning and procurement professional to coordinate with Marketing, Operations and PPC to ensure on-time fulfillment.

You will manage raw material planning, inventory control, FIFO adherence, packing coordination, and ensure import material compliance while maintaining records and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in materials planning and procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory control is preferred.
• Familiarity with FIFO and packing/distribution workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Marketing for customer requirements and orders.
• Communicate and execute customer requirements to operations through work orders.
• Plan raw material requirements based on orders and coordinate RM availability.
• Maintain inventory control of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.
• Confirm all imported materials and arrange outsourcing if needed.
• Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and stores for stock management.
• Ensure FIFO in material movement and adherence to delivery commitments.
• Identify training needs for departmental personnel and maintain records.
