Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai seeks a hands-on Performance Marketing Leader to drive DTC campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin and Taboola. You will craft creative strategy, write compelling copy, and optimize funnels for growth and higher ROAS.

You’ll scale a creative team and personally execute, not just manage. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in DTC/e-commerce, strong Shopify and Meta Ads Manager skills, and a data-driven, creative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with brands/accounts you've managed.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, etc.).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Operator mindset with accountability.
• Data-driven yet creative in execution.
• Direct, honest, collaborative, no politics.

• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin (Axon), and Taboola
• Creative strategy—identifying winning hooks, angles, and concepts
• Copywriting—ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages
• Funnel optimization—CRO, upsells, cross-sells, and conversion rate improvements

• Team leadership—managing and scaling a creative team (starting with video editors; responsible for hiring 2-3 additional video editors in the first 90 days)

Requirements

• 2+ years hands‑on experience in DTC / e-commerce with specific examples of brands or accounts you've directly managed
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and numbers (ROAS, CAC etc.)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)—clear communication is essential
• Operator mindset—you get things done, remove blockers, and take accountability for results
• A builder/operator, not "just" a manager
