Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC / e-commerce with brands/accounts you've managed.
• Strong familiarity with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, etc.).
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Operator mindset with accountability.
• Data-driven yet creative in execution.
• Direct, honest, collaborative, no politics.

Responsibilities

• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin (Axon), and Taboola.
• Creative strategy—identifying winning hooks, angles, and concepts.
• Copywriting—ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages.
• Funnel optimization—CRO, upsells, cross-sells, and conversion rate improvements.
• Scaling paid traffic and improving ROAS across channels.
• Team leadership—scaling a creative team and hiring video editors in 90 days.
• Hands-on execution from day one, not delegating everything.
