Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee technicians and daily maintenance activities, ensuring safe and timely execution of HVAC, plumbing and electrical works.

You will coordinate with internal teams and service providers, prepare schedules and reports, and maintain MEP materials with a focus on quality and minimal business disruption.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree/engineering qualification in MEP or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in MEP supervision or facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, ducting, plumbing, electrical materials.
• Experience supervising MEP technicians.
• Good knowledge of site operations and material handling.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.




• Experience in Real Estate Maintenance / Facilities Management / Construction is preferred.




• Retail or multi location maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
