Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee day-to-day mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities on project sites. You will coordinate site teams, monitor progress, ensure safety procedures, and maintain high quality standards.

The role requires a diploma or technical qualification and the ability to read MEP drawings, manage multiple activities, and lead technicians, electricians and plumbers to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or MEP Engineering.
• Experience in MEP supervision or building services is preferred.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP installation, maintenance, and site activities.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works according to project requirements.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
• Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions as required.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other site teams.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with approved standards.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain daily work records, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Report project progress, material requirements, and technical issues to management.
• Perform other duties related to MEP operations as assigned.
