Job summary

Major Developments in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced MEP Site Inspector to supervise plumbing, drainage, electrical and HVAC installations on active construction areas.

You will review drawings against the Civil programme to identify sleeves, openings and service routes before pours, and coordinate with engineers and contractors.

Fluent English, strong coordination and reporting skills, and attention to detail are essential; Ras Al Khaimah experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years UAE site supervision experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel; BIM coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect plumbing, drainage, electrical and HVAC installations on site.
• Review coordinated drawings against Civil programme to identify sleeves, openings and service routes before pours.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP contractors and consultants during inspections and reporting.
• Maintain inspection and test records and ensure closure of corrective actions.
