Job summary

BK Gulf is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP to lead day-to-day commercial management of assigned MEP packages and medium-sized projects in the UAE. The role emphasizes measurement, valuation, change management and robust cost reporting on building and shopping mall works.

You will coordinate site-based commercial teams, prepare variation orders, evaluate subcontractor claims, and maintain records to protect project cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related engineering field.
• Knowledge of contract administration, variation management and commercial entitlement.
• MRICS chartership preferred or actively pursued.
• Strong measurement, valuation and cost forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site measurements and take-offs per standards.
• Prepare interim payment applications for client and consultants.
• Manage variation orders and support entitlement, pricing and records.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and finalize accounts.
• Maintain contemporary records and ensure certification before billing.
