Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our MEP team.

The role requires 7-8 years in MEP QS, with strong experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, valuations, variations and cost control, plus preparation and review of interim and final accounts.

UAE/GCC experience is preferred; proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is expected, with good knowledge of drawings, specifications and project contracts.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying.
• Strong experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, valuations, variations and cost control.
• Prepare and review interim payment applications, subcontractor payments and final accounts.
• Experience in contract administration, claims and variation management.
• Good knowledge of MEP drawings, specifications and project contracts.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
