Job summary

Spectrum Cube Technical Services L.L.C. is seeking a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on diverse projects in the UAE. You will oversee budgets, review variation orders, and benchmark costs for MEP systems.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of MEP QS experience, preferably in FM environments, with a proven track record across project scales. MRICS qualifications are highly desirable and on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a MEP Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in FM environments.
• MRICS or equivalent is desirable.
• Proven track record managing MEP projects of varying scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control MEP project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability targets.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate MEP variation orders and claims, accurately assessing their impact on project cost and schedule.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and benchmarking of MEP systems and materials to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain robust cost databases and historical cost information for accurate tendering and forecasting.
