Job summary

VINCITORE PREMIUM REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT L.L.C is seeking a senior MEP Engineer to supervise MEP works on high-rise projects in the UAE. You will lead coordination with subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure technical feasibility and on-time delivery.

You will review shop drawings, prepare QTOs, coordinate with procurement for materials, and plan execution per the master programme, ensuring QA/QC procedures and authority compliance. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of MEP construction experience, UAE preferred.
• Experience with high-rise / G+30 projects.
• Experience with Empower / district cooling and chilled water connections.
• Experience in shop drawings, QTO, procurement, subcontractor management, and site execution.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Review MEP shop drawings, identify clashes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare QTOs, raise material requisitions, and coordinate with procurement.
• Plan and monitor MEP execution per master programme, including manpower and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors for HVAC, ELV, Fire Protection, and LPG systems.
• Supervise in-house Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and HVAC works.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stores for material delivery, quality, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, and Finishing teams to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate district cooling / chilled water connections and requirements with Empower.
• Identify site issues, recommend corrective actions, and report progress to senior management.
