Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Manager – MEP to lead and deliver complex MEP works on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. The candidate will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV and HVAC systems, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

You will spearhead planning, execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, and handover, while maintaining strict adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP projects within main contracting environments.
• Strong coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to review MEP design, manage submissions and site installation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP project activities from planning to execution and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee MEP design reviews, technical submissions, material approvals and site installation works.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, regulations, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of MEP milestones.
• Manage cost control, resource planning, procurement schedules and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective communication across project interfaces.
