Job summary

GCS Building Contracting LLC in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, ensuring seamless integration into complex projects such as commercial or large-scale builds.

The role requires managing schedules, budgets, and site inspections to enforce safety standards and quality benchmarks, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management, preferably in commercial or large-scale projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience with building codes, standards, and regulations specific to MEP systems in the region of work.
