Job summary

Innovo Group in Dubai invites an experienced Planning Engineer to develop and maintain detailed project programmes for MEP projects, using Primavera P6 and MS Project to track progress and baseline schedules.

You will monitor progress, prepare weekly reports, support delay analysis, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4–6 years of planning experience in MEP or construction.
• Strong Primavera P6 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes for MEP projects.
• Track progress and identify schedule risks; update progress and re-baseline.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
• Support delay analysis and EOT claim preparation with the commercial team.
• Coordinate programme submissions and approvals with consultants and main contractors.
