Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC in Dubai seeks a Planning Engineer - MEP to oversee planning, scheduling, and monitoring of MEP systems on complex construction projects using Primavera P6. You will work with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align timelines, budgets, and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in planning for MEP, a bachelor’s in engineering, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. PMP or Primavera certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years in planning and scheduling for MEP in construction.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project; Primavera P6 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6 for MEP installations.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to sequence activities.
Monitor MEP progress against milestones and adjust plans.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
Identify delays, assess impact, and propose corrective actions.
Ensure changes are documented and communicated.
