Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Operations Manager, located in Sharjah. The MEP Operations Manager will oversee MEP projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling project timelines, coordinating with engineers and clients, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing budgets and resources, problem-solving, and providing technical guidance. The role also involves preparing detailed reports and documentation, conducting site inspections, and leading a team of MEP professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Leadership and team management skills with proven experience in guiding and mentoring teams
