Job summary

We Are Property RAK is hiring two MEP Engineers to join our commercial and industrial division as it grows. This is a hands-on role across a varied portfolio of sites in Ras Al Khaimah.

You will diagnose the fault and fix it, not write it up and pass it on. What you will be doing includes servicing, repairing and maintaining water-based fire suppression and air conditioning systems, electrical works, CCTV and security systems, plus planned maintenance and reactive callouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on MEP experience in UAE or GCC.
• Experience with water-based fire suppression systems.
• Air conditioning servicing and maintenance.
• Electrical works and CCTV installation/maintenance.
• Valid UAE driving licence and UAE visa status.

We Are Property RAK is a property maintenance and facilities management company based in Ras Al Khaimah.

We look after villas, commercial buildings and industrial sites across the emirate, from routine maintenance to

full upgrades.

We are hiring two MEP Engineers to join our commercial and industrial division as it grows. This is a hands-on

role across a varied portfolio of sites in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be the person who diagnoses the fault and fixes

it, not the person who writes it up and passes it on.

What you will be doing

• Servicing, repairing and maintaining water-based fire suppression systems
• Servicing and repairing air conditioning systems
• General electrical works
• CCTV and security system installation and maintenance
• Planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts across commercial and industrial sites
• Reporting on works completed and flagging further issues before they become failures
