Qualifications

• Degree required in mechanical, electrical, building services engineering or related discipline.
• Professional membership with CIBSE, IET, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing MEP design delivery on large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design across all project stages to meet programme, quality, and commercial goals.
• Coordinate with consultants, project teams and stakeholders for integrated design delivery.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
