Job summary

NAGA Architects is seeking a senior MEP Design Manager in Dubai to develop and lead the MEP Design Process while managing a multinational team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a Master's degree. Applicants should possess 5-10 years of GCC experience and familiarity with large-scale mixed-use developments. Responsibilities include compliance with design procedures and performance reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring effective project execution and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or a related field is required.
• Master's degree is an additional advantage.
• 5-10 years of experience in the GCC region.
• Experience with large-scale mixed-use development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, monitor and lead the entire MEP Design Process.

Job description

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, monitor and lead the entire MEP Design Process for the project. Manage a team of multinational staff with varying levels and abilities. Report on cost, program, quality and performance related to the MEP Design area to the Project Director & Principal. Liaise between the team and other departments. Ensure the MEP design process complies with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan. Ensure the project is adequately resourced to meet all performance criteria. Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives. Set up, manage and monitor the document control system and ensure its use by all parties to ensure efficient transfer and record of all documents and correspondence.
