Job summary

Al Nasiya General Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to lead coordination across mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on large-scale buildings. You will review drawings, manage BIM workflows, and collaborate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to resolve site coordination issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with BIM tools and workflows for MEP coordination.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and Building Services for complex projects.
• Ability to monitor MEP execution and ensure project requirements.
• Experience on large-scale building or infrastructure projects (healthcare/education/government preferred).
• Familiarity with local and international codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and coordinate with design teams and contractors.
• Resolve technical conflicts and maintain updated MEP documentation.
• Attend site meetings and monitor installation progress.
• Verify quality, safety, and compliance.
• Support project managers with planning and reporting.
