Flip retail is seeking an Assistant Supervisor - MEP to coordinate daily workshop and jobsite activities under the line manager. The role covers maintenance, repairs across MEP and related trades, and ensures timely availability of parts and materials for the field.

The candidate should have 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Senior High School Diploma or equivalent certification. The position requires a male candidate and promises on-site work in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in supervision for mechanical, electrical and piping (MEP) works.
• Senior High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Gender: Male as specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control daily procedures of the workshop or jobsite under the line manager.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repair works for MEP, masonry, carpentry, paint, roofing and framework solutions.
• Prepare daily allocations for the reporting team and communicate with Operations for the next day.
• Arrange parts and supplies needed for the worksite and ensure prompt delivery.
• Provide hands-on assistance for major rectification works as required.
• Track daily tickets and seek designer approval as needed.
• Send daily development recap reports to the line manager.
• Send actual daily time sheets for reporting personnel to procedures.
• Prepare cost quotes for variant works and coordinate billing with Finance.
• Be available for 24/7 standby according to task roster.
