Qualifications

• Take ownership of incident resolution, ensuring quick recovery and minimal disruption to Mendix applications and platform services.
• Investigate logs, runtime data, and server configurations to identify and resolve performance issues, integration errors, or system failures.
• Analyze Mendix application functionality to identify improvements, optimizations, and potential risks.
• Ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality and data flow across Mendix applications.
• Provide software application support in coordination with senior engineers, developers, and platform administrators.
