Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company is seeking a senior analyst to lead portfolio management and innovation initiatives across global markets. You will own category performance, drive cross-functional projects, and shape business growth strategies within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and at least 6 years of FMCG experience, with a track record in category management, analytics, and commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive FMCG experience, including ownership of a category, portfolio, or business agenda.
• Experience within Category Management, Marketing, Business Planning, or Commercial functions.
• Proven track record of managing category performance, business growth initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
• Strong experience in FMCG category management, innovation, business analytics, and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the long-term innovation portfolio with cross-functional inputs.
• Maintain portfolio data: status, milestones, risks, decisions, next steps.
• Support governance with stage-gate requirements, project plans, documentation, and decision forums.
• Track scope, timelines, risks and interdependencies; flag deviations and propose mitigations.
• Prepare clear dashboards and executive updates with key messages and actions.
• Monitor post-launch performance against business cases and KPIs.
