Job summary

MBRF invites a data-driven Integrated Management Analyst to join the Regional Office in the UAE. You will collaborate with leadership on MBO targets, maintain bonus structures in ACTIO, and ensure data integrity across performance systems and dashboards.

You will support cross-functional teams, develop concise reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives through benchmarking and scenario analysis. English proficiency is mandatory, Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, International Relations, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP ERP & Digital Platforms knowledge.
• English is a must; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership in the MBO Targets deployment, ensuring alignment with SMART objectives.
• Upload, maintain, and validate bonus targets in ACTIO with accurate structures and system configurations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across performance management systems, reports, and dashboards.
• Support MBRF+ Program by tracking progress, validating value capture, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and preparing reports.
• Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align business priorities, performance targets, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct benchmarking, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations to support strategic initiatives and value creation.
• Provide analytical support for special projects, transformation initiatives, and organizational performance programs.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of performance management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines and ESG commitments.

What will you be doing at MBRF?

Collaborate with leadership in the MBO Targets deployment process ensuring alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives (SMART - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)

Upload, maintain, and validate bonus targets in ACTIO, ensuring the accuracy of structures, scorecards, access, and system configurations.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across performance management systems, reports, and dashboards.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Excellent Power BI & Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Good understanding & application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
