Job summary

MBRF in Dubai is seeking a Category Manager for Processed Food across the MENA region to drive category vision and profitable growth through end-to-end innovation and disciplined execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape portfolio strategy, manage P&L, and coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, and Procurement to deliver measurable results. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in FMCG with category ownership or similar scope.
• Proven track record in category performance and growth initiatives.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Define category vision and strategy with growth priorities and targets.
• Own category P&L, connect volume, revenue, margin and trade investment.
• Build consumer/market insights and translate to opportunities.
• Shape portfolio architecture, assortment and renovation decisions.
• Lead end-to-end innovation from concept to launch and review.
• Mobilize Marketing, R&D, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, Procurement and others around plans.
