Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Regional Finance Manager to oversee the MENA finance function, lead a team, and drive budgeting, reporting and cash flow across the region. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure compliance and support growth.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, payroll, tax filings, bank reconciliations and forecasting, while promoting system integration and automation to streamline processes across offices in the Middle East and Africa; frequent travel required.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with strong English fluency.
• Finance and/or accounting degree or professional qualification.
• Experience in the Middle East and Africa regions with knowledge of local tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the MENA finance function and lead a regional team.
