Job summary

Elevate MENA, a leading sports and entertainment agency, seeks a Regional Financial Controller to lead financial control, reporting, and day-to-day finance operations across the MENA region. You will manage a three-person team, ensure integrity of financial information, and support forecasts and liquidity decisions in a fast-moving, project-based environment.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with a minimum of ten years' relevant finance experience.
Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments in the Middle East, especially UAE/Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory and management reporting, audit, tax compliance.

Responsibilities

Own the monthly, quarterly and year end close across the MENA entities, ensuring accurate results and timely reporting.
Prepare and review management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reports and schedules with clear commentary.
Maintain integrity of the general ledger, chart of accounts and intercompany balances.
Lead regional statutory audits and coordinate timely completion of financial statements.
Support assessing accounting, tax and entity implications of new contracts and cross-border activity.
