Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a MENA Regional Client Services Manager at Director level to lead Corporate Services delivery across the region. You will act as the principal interface between local stakeholders and Corporate Services teams, ensuring high-quality workplace experiences across multiple offices.

You will oversee facilities, amenities, and vendor relationships while maintaining a strong risk and control framework.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in corporate services, facilities management or real estate operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management capability across geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven operational, project and vendor-management skills, including SLAs and budgets.
• Knowledge of health, safety, risk, business continuity and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day Corporate Services delivery across the MENA offices, acting as the principal regional contact for senior management and key internal stakeholders.
• Represent MENA priorities with Corporate Services leadership, prepare concise decision-ready management information, and support continuous improvement and new service implementations.
• Oversee workplace, facilities and amenities services, including building infrastructure, maintenance, guest experience and related support activities.
• Manage regional service-provider relationships by monitoring delivery against SLAs, addressing underperformance and coordinating procurement matters.
• Support workplace and property projects with oversight of implementation, risks, dependencies and timelines.
• Maintain a robust control environment across health and safety, business continuity, risk and audit requirements.
