Job summary

Red Hat in Dubai, UAE, seeks a MENA Marketing Manager to lead an integrated regional marketing strategy, collaborating with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive demand and growth across field, digital and partner channels.

You will manage partner ecosystems, budgets, agencies, events, and performance measurement to optimize ROI and ensure alignment with Red Hat priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology or IT, with MENA exposure.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across field, digital, social and partner channels.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline creation and outcome-based marketing measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual MENA marketing plan aligned with regional priorities and MEA strategy.
• Build and execute integrated marketing programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate priorities into actionable marketing strategies.
