Job summary

Dow Jones in Dubai is seeking an intelligence analyst to join Dragonfly's MENA desk on a full‑time basis. You will conduct desk‑based open source research and produce political, security and geopolitical risk assessments for global businesses and organizations.

The role involves preparing reports, presentations and briefings for clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting Dragonfly's services. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in security analysis, political risk research or crisis risk management.
• Knowledge of political and security developments in the MENA region.
• Experience in providing responsive client service and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desk‑based open source research and produce political, security and geopolitical risk assessments.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations and briefings to clients and audiences.
• Maintain relationships with clients and prospects and advocate for the brand.
• Develop and maintain resources including sources, contractors and data feeds.
• Mentor and/or manage other analysts or researchers when required.
