Job summary

Dow Jones in Dubai is seeking an experienced MENA Analyst to join Dragonfly's MENA desk. This full-time, permanent position is based in Dubai with a 40-hour work week and potential international travel. The role includes producing reports, briefings, and maintaining intelligence networks, with a hybrid work policy.

You will conduct desk research and create political and security assessments for clients, mentoring junior analysts as needed, and reporting to the MENA desk lead.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in security analysis, political risk research or crisis risk management.
• Strong understanding of political and security developments in the MENA region.
• Experience in providing responsive client service and maintaining client relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desk-based open source research and geopolitical risk assessments.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations and briefings for clients and audiences.
• Develop and maintain intelligence sources, data feeds and networks.
