Job summary

SP Global in Dubai is seeking a Head of MENA Insights and Analysis to lead regional experts, advance cross-capability collaboration, and deliver timely intelligence for clients. You will shape regional research agendas, drive innovation, and strengthen GIA capabilities across markets.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership and 10+ years in related analysis, with fluent English and Arabic. Flexible working options and ongoing professional development are available as part of a fast-growing unit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership & people mgmt
• 10+ years regional analysis & thought leadership
• Deep understanding of regional politics/economics/business
• Willingness to grow GIA capabilities & drive innovation
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex analytical problems
• Translate strategy into goals and deliverables
• Strong organization & prioritization in fast-paced env
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
• Strong interpersonal & written/verbal English
• Arabic fluency required
• Experience living in-region preferred

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a high-impact team of regional experts with coaching
• Maintain high quality standards and embed regional culture
• Define regional research agenda with capability leads
• Lead stress-testing and develop regional forecasts
• Collaborate to develop tools and streamlined workflows
• Support sales by brand building and lead generation
• Engage with Market Intelligence and cross-divisional teams
• Represent GIA at external marketing events
