Skillerszone seeks a Customer Service Representative – Administrative to support customers and internal teams across the MENA region. The role blends front-line service with strong administrative coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
• Experience in customer service, administrative support, call center operations, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles (MENA experience is a strong advantage).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets, email management, and document formatting.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information on products/services, pricing, delivery timelines, warranties, and return policies.
• Resolve complaints and service issues with empathy and clear follow-through; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Track and manage customer requests from contact to closure with timely updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service history in CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate appointments, service visits, and follow-ups; manage calendars across teams.
• Assist with invoice queries and basic finance coordination with the finance team.
• Generate weekly/monthly customer service summaries.
