Job summary

Headout is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager - MENA in Dubai. You will spearhead commercial growth and expand Headout's presence across the Middle East & North Africa, engaging with supply partners in UAE, Saudi, Egypt, Morocco and beyond.

You will build partnerships, nurture existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize bookings and market expansion. A startup mindset and strong CRM skills are essential for rapid, scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Fully proficient in Arabic and English and based in Dubai.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communications skills.
• Global mindset and comfortable working with people across time zones.
• Startup attitude with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale partnerships across the Middle East and North Africa.
• Nurture relationships with supply partners to drive growth.
