Qualifications

• 1–3 years of membership or fitness club sales or customer service experience.
• Previous fitness industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
