Job summary

Paris Society Membership is an invitation-only global programme offering privileged access and exclusive benefits across Paris Society restaurants, beach houses, Members Houses and hotels worldwide.

The Membership Operations Coordinator role ensures the infrastructure, information, systems and processes behind the Membership experience are managed accurately and efficiently, working closely with the Head of Membership and Private Office to deliver a seamless member experience across the network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, or high-end client services.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages valued.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new Members and maintain accurate Member profiles.
• Support Private Office with Member-related requests and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with venues, restaurants and partners to fulfil Member benefitting requests.
• Maintain Membership databases, records and documentation across systems.
• Monitor systems and processes, ensuring accurate information and smooth communications.
