Job summary

Infinity Fitness Club in Ajman-RAK, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a proactive Membership Sales consultant to join our on-site team. You will engage prospective members, conduct tours, explain membership options, pricing and benefits, and handle inquiries in person, by phone, and online.

You will follow up leads, assist with applications and renewals, maintain accurate records in the membership system, collaborate with fitness staff to promote classes, and strive to meet sales and retention

Qualifications

Role Description The Membership Sales is a full-time, on-site role based at Infinity Fitness Club in the United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for engaging prospective members, conducting tours of the facility, and clearly explaining membership options, pricing, and benefits. The specialist will handle inquiries in person, by phone, and online, follow up on leads, and support the completion of membership applications and renewals. Day-to-day tasks include building strong relationships with members, maintaining accurate records in the membership system, collaborating with fitness staff to promote classes and programs, and meeting sales and retention targets while delivering an inclusive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in membership consultant sales, customer service, or front desk operations in fitness, hospitality, or a similar client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present membership options clearly and persuasively.
• Basic proficiency with computers and CRM or membership management systems, including maintaining accurate records and handling payments securely.
• Ability to work on-site full time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support member traffic and special events.
• Motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a high standard of member satisfaction.
• Interest in health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to speak confidently about gym services, classes, and programs.
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Fluency in Arabic - English : additional language skills commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
