Job summary

Careers International is hiring a Front Desk Associate in Dubai to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will assist with check-ins, registrations, and payments while promoting memberships and fitness programs.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused approach within a gym setting. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; basic computer skills and a passion for health and wellness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/business education is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with gym management software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with member checkins, registration and guest passes.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about memberships and services.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Process new memberships, renewals and cancellations; handle billing where needed.
• Promote additional services such as personal training and retail products.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and monitor facility access.
• Schedule classes and appointments; keep accurate records.
