Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis or Culinary Intern in a hotel or quality restaurant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Mediterranean cuisine.
• Maintain the work area to high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen environment.
